Usage report showing asterisk instead of names?

Please help!  When trying to pull usage reports post meeting I see asterisk instead names and email addresses.  How can I fix this please?

    As far as I know, this happens on certain account types like HIPAA complient accounts. HAs this happened before when you tried to download the report?
