upgrading.

I am currently just on the basic free account but would like to upgrade to 40+ minute use . How ever the upgrade button is grey and unclickable. I have tried to call support BUT apparently there is only phone call support to paying upgraded members. 😕😕 I am TRYING to UPGRADE. I have already submitted a ticket for help. But i figured  I would also try here, for a possibly sooner help response.
