Unable to video link with friend due to no passcode

Hello,

When trying to connect with another user on Zoom, he isn't able to connect  with me even though I've given him the videolink passcode.  We are trying to connect our video on Zoom and our audio on another teaching based online platform. 

Any thought as to why he isn't able to connect even though I've given him my passcode?  Thank you in advance for all your suggestions and solutions!

I'm sorry to hear that you're facing trouble connecting with your friend on Zoom. It sounds like you've done the right thing by sharing the video passcode. Let's see if we can figure this out together.

 

Firstly, double-check if there are any typos or errors in the passcode such as spaces. I would also try resending the meeting link using the steps mentioned here: Inviting other to join a Meeting
