Unable to Join a Meeting on Laptop only

I have tried to join a Zoom meeting on my laptop but I come up with the "Unable to join this meeting" screen. However, I can join the same meeting on my Apple Iphone. 

 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Zoom App on my computer but I am still getting the message. 

 

Is there something I can do? Up until a week ago, I had no problems.

    I'm having the exact same issue. I try to click on my own zoom link which I scheduled in google cal, i get a message where i need to update zoom, i click on it, and once its done loading i get 'error message 10004'. are you seeing that too? were you able to find help with this?
