Unable to Access Recording Links on Zoom

Based off the information you provided, it sounds like your plan was recently downgraded from a Pro account to a Free account. If that is the case, you can either upgrade your account back to Pro to access those recordings again, or if you are wanting to stay a Free user, please submit a Support Ticket as they may allow a 24-hr. free trial to download your recordings.
