Based on past experience, this is likely caused by a third-party plugin or the system's default algorithm filtering out the music or instrumental sounds. Please try the following methods to resolve the issue.

1. Disable audio enhancement on Zoom Settings panel("Settings->Audio->Advanced->Windows system audio enhancements->Off"), or disable audio enhancement manually.
2. Turn off 3rd party apps/plugins' audio processing/effects, which filters out music, notifications, and other sounds they consider as "noise". This additional processing can interfere with Zoom audio. Here are some of the software we've found(reference):
