Ugh - why wouldn't meeting link work?

Hello,

I hosted a zoom meeting the other night. 

This is a re-oocurring meeting. 

People were able to join the meeting via a calendar invite, but some could not join the meeting using a copied invitation sent in an email. Why?

    Did they receive a specific error?

     

    I would start by comparing the link in the calendar invite to the copied invitation sent by email, to see if there was a difference.

    Thanks, the copied information was all the same - identical. The people who joined via the copied invite all got a message that the host had another meeting in progress.
