trying to find participants in call

Hi There - I am trying to get a report on who attended the zoom meeting - it doesn’t appear to be working - is anyone else having problems with it

      Are you trying at https://zoom.us/account/report ? Sometimes the Report can take a few moments to generate.

       

      Are you seeing any particular error?

      The report does generate. What we are trying to see is a report of participant details mainly the email address. We had a Live  Chat group on the 26th Sept and 21 attended and we had sent links to 30 via email. 20 were identified by the facilitator by their names in the zoom call but one person joined showing the device name not their name so we do not know who that person was as out of the possible 9 others who did not attend. The reports that I have looked at show users email address but not participants. Is their a report with participant email address?
