Troubleshootings on meetings

During meetings, Zoom always put me out and in of meetings, this is so uncomfortable, including my school time. I requested assistance of the local net provider but untill here not solved. I understand when i browse other sites all is good but when I get in zoom there too many in and outs. Please, help me to get my situation regular.
