Troubleshooting Shared screen Participants Zoom Settings , Zoom videos, Zoom interface

I want to be able to set up for my participants:

when they Share screen to be able to access the Participants Zoom Settings , Zoom videos, Zoom interface, obviously with participants consent, which they always are okay with it, but upon approval on a base to base scenario I want their zoom display, video, IE to match mine, any suggestions

I teach students ages 7-12 and even with parent's help they struggle with zoom technical difficulties I know how to fix it if I can see their zoom settings, how to enable the feature when When a participant shares their screen during a Zoom meeting, see what they are sharing as well as the Zoom interface itself so i can enable things like camera, move their video around.
