trouble with blurring

I continue to have trouble blurring my background. MacOS 11.6.2. Zoom version 5.9.1. Is there anything else I should do to troubleshoot? Thanks.

    Thanks for the reply. I only have one camera on my MacBook and it works without a problem in other video settings. Anything else I can do?

    If you go into your video settings, do you have more than one camera available in the list?

    Thanks for the reply. I only have one camera on my MacBook and it works without a problem in other video settings. Anything else I can do?
