Transcripts Process Failing in non-Zoom Meetings

Currently I am experiencing a new issue that was not occurring previously. I used to be able to allow Zoom to transcribe notes from meetings that were not in within Zoom (Gmeet/Teams) and it would successfully transcribe the conversation and produce a summary in the Zoom Hub under My Notes. Now there appears to be a disconnect as the transcription during the meeting will occur successfully but once I select “Done” and then “Complete” it will say within the Notes “Generating Transcript” for some period of time and then show the following: 

I have waited over 24 hours and never seen it actually end up populating. Can someone please point me on how to resolve this? Again this worked up until very recently and nothing was changed on my account from a configuration standpoint.

I have reported the same issue you are facing in regards to the Notes feature and transcripts. https://community.zoom.com/my-notes-96/issue-with-transcript-is-unavailable-in-zoom-notes-81169?tid=81169&postid=192469#post192469

Sounds like there is a handful of people experiencing this.

@Lexi Wilkins is this a recent occurrence for you as well? As in it was working and now is broken?
