Does Zoom support transcription after a recording is stored in the cloud? if so, how do I generate the transcription? thanks in advance

Yes, Zoom does support transcription for cloud recordings. You can generate automatic transcripts for your cloud recordings, making it easier to review and share meeting content. I think these instructions assume that you enabled transcription in advance of the meeting. What happens if you didn't think ahead and want them after the fact?

Hi @Frank_TB! You are totally right, I was assuming that they were enabled before the meeting was recorded. Unfortunately, the recording feature only records a meeting/webinar based on the settings that were enabled before recording.
