Does anyone know how to transcribe a cloud meeting into text?

Hi @lmasuda,

There are 2 ways to get a transcript of your meeting.

If you enable captions during your meeting, you can save the full transcript before ending the meeting. This option should be available for any account type.
If you plan on cloud recording the meeting, you can enable the audio transcription option (before starting the meeting, or else the setting won't apply for that recording) and Zoom will generate a transcript of what was recorded, available for viewing with the recording or downloaded as a text file. This option does require a paid account for the cloud recording and recording transcript

Hi @Bort . Thanks for this. I have just discovered option 2, and it’s going to save me some time and hassle!
Do you know, please - is there a way to transcribe a meeting that has already been recorded? (I’m an iOS user, and unfortunately the Microsoft fix suggested elsewhere doesn’t work unless you’re using Windows). TIA.
