This recording does not exist. (3,301)

Hi there,

 

Please help I am getting 'This recording does not exist. (3,301)' error.. Need to send meeting recording to a client and they are getting the same error on their end.

    Hi @anam, welcome to the Zoom community! Were you recording on your local computer or to the cloud?

    i recorded to the cloud and its not in the trash, just says doesnt exist

    I have the same issue and I have cross checked the trash folder as well. Meeting was recorded on cloud but now it does not exist (Meeting was scheduled on Aug 8 8:00 AM PST)

    this has happened to me, and it is not in the trash, did you resolve your issue, if so, how?

    I finally realized the "Copy" button copied _both_ the URL _and_ the password.

    When pasted to my browser, the password part broke the URL -- yielding the 3,301 error.

    When I pasted the combo elsewhere and used JUST the URL, it worked fine.

    Hi all, if you're receiving Error 3301 (3,301) it usually means that the recording is either in the trash or permanently deleted. If it's in the trash, it may be possible to recover it. If the account was deleted or terminated though, the cloud recordings associated with the account will also be deleted. To recover a recording from the trash, please try the troubleshooting steps in our support article.

    But the recording DOES exist. Frequently a link sent from an Android to a iPhone renders "This recording does not exist. 3,301" but then the sender sends it again and it works.     The troubleshooting recommended only applies to recordings that have been trashed or actually no longer exist. In this case, the recording DOES exist, so there must be more to it that simply retrieving it from the trash.
