A moderator on here instructed me to post again after thirty days elapsed since contacting trust and safety.
My incorrect ban still stands after one month. Ive got an 1132 error on my account, which also appears to disable my hardware. I’ve had no support from zoom over this incorrect ban on a licensed account. I now ask that you intervene quickly about this. How much longer do I have to wait till a real person intervenes? I don’t want any auto generated email: I want proper support. In addition to this, I now need to discuss a discount too, given that the account has been useless for over a month now. Zoom, get your finger out now.
