the screen freezes

When I'm having a conversation on ZOOM, the screen freezes and I can't hear the audio.

This happens frequently.

I tried it at a friend's house, but I get the same symptoms.

On the other hand, when I do it at home on another PC, I can have a conversation without any problem.

Furthermore, when I use SKYPE, it freezes as well.

The PC is a NEC Lavie.

    It sounds like your pc is not up to par for running these applications. If you can run them on another PC and it works fine then there is nothing wrong with your network and or account. If you are using the app you could try disabling hardware acceleration under Settings>>Share Screen>>Advanced and see if that helps.

    Thank you for your replay 

    The network adapter built into the PC was broken.
    When I attached the USB network adapter and did Zoom, it did not freeze.
