Technical Issues / Glitches- Recent

I've had zoom for 3-4 years now. But in the last 3 months I've had a number of issues during meetings.  There is slow connection, says internet is unstable, problems with hearing other people and them hearing me.

It used to just do it at work but now it's doing at home also.  All wifi, fast speeds for literally everything else I do except Zoom.   I cleared history, cache.  I uninstalled and re-installed.  I got rid of 40GB on my computer hoping it would fix it, etc.  Just had another meeting this morning and really bad.  When I did a Microsoft Teams meeting it went fine.   Just Zoom.  Please advise on my options of how to fix. Thanks in advance

    I am having the same issues. Mine has been going on since Feb or March. No issues in any other app just Zoom and I can't get Zoom to reply to my emails or anything. I have submitted a ticket but no one has contacted me
