technical difficulties

Hi, I have been using zoom very successfully for over a year, but last week it asked for an update and since then it has been a disaster, poor sound quality, slow annotating etc . has anyone else experienced this? Is there  a zoom person I can just ring and speak to instead of that frustrating auto chat.
