Stop lowering my hand!

At this point, ONE YEAR that we've been complaining about this "feature" which no one asked for nor needs, it's clear Zoom doesn't care...or they would have given us the option to disable.

Ditto to what everyone else here has said. Anything "automated" that removes control from the host/user should be optional. Please make this configurable for users (not just host) or get rid of it all together. 

Yup...Zoom has been tremendously unresponsive in dealing with this issue.

Please, give us a setting to disable this counterproductive "feature"

Remove auto hand lowering!

• Multiple bug/feedback issues submitted by multiple people on this thread.
• Not a single, not one (1), official reply from anyone at zoom on this thread.
• Other than an automated reply about my feedback, I've received no human reply from anyone at Zoom.
• This annoying lower hand behavior continues.

Clearly, humans at Zoom don't reply/follow up on submitted customer feedback and they don't appear to read and reply to customers on this forum; at least on this thread.

Time to unsubscribe from this topic thread to reduce the email chatter.

Zoom, please get rid of this NOT HELPFUL "feature" as soon as possible. Sooooo problematic!!!

Everyone,  Report this as a PROBLEM!

1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
2. In the top-right corner, click you profile picture.
3. Click Help, then click Report Problem.
4. In the Report Problem form, select a Product Area of OTHER since there is no option for MEETING from the drop-down.
5. Under How satisfied are you with the experience?, choose  number 1 .
6. Enter your problem about hand lowering, then click Submit.
