Starting Zoom meeting within Slack crashes Zoom

I use the "Start a call with Zoom" shortcut within Slack, Zoom will open but will go to a gray screen and eventually time out. If I click on Zoom, I receive the "Beach Ball" loading icon and I can force close Zoom.

Upon reopening Zoom normally by clicking on the app, it will go to another gray screen, I am unable to join or make a new meeting. My only work around now is to completely restart my Mac.  I have tried reinstalling Zoom and even using the Apple Silicon download.

    Hi @IDavenport, 

     

     You may want to log in to your marketplace.zoom.us account and see if you can uninstall and reinstall the integration from that page. If not, reach out to your Zoom Admin for your account and ask them if they can reinstall the app in the marketplace on your behalf. Try that and let me know if that works for you. This would be known as the backend of the Zoom Slack integration.
