Ideally you would have the Zoom app also installed on the different PC. You would then login to the Zoom app using your Zoom account details, then Start a meeting. If you have meetings scheduled, you should see them in the app once you login.
Logging in from a second computer will log-out your first PC, but you can log that one back in once you are finished.
If you don't have the Zoom app on the second computer, or can't install it there, you can login to zoom.us and Start the meeting via the web at https://zoom.us/meeting - but that would be a slightly difference experience.
