Spracht microphone not detected

Hello - I'm using Zoom on an HP Pavilion laptop through Google Chrome browser and my Spracht microphone (Aura USB Mic USB Digital Microphone MIC-2021)  is not being recognized by Zoom as an option to select for my microphone option. I have unplugged and replugged it. I have made sure it is plugged in all the way. 

Are there any suggestions to fix this?
