Sound on video recordings dissapered after some time

Hi, all! Made a recording while a conference, played it back normally later, sound on. After a day or two played again but this time no sound. Thought it's a laptop problem, but other recordings made with other apps are ok, downloaded another codec, updated the old one, nothing. Does anyone know what  the problem might be and solution maybe? Thanks...
