Slow Start Up with my Zoom

When I begin a Zoom meeting, it always takes 30 seconds to get going.  I have plenty of internet speed.

I have tried reloading the Zoom app.

    Sorry to hear about your issue with the slowness in getting started in your Zoom meetings. If you could, I'd like you to try and see if your client is upgraded to the latest Zoom release, which is 5.9.1.     Yes, I am using the current update of 5.9.1

    Okay, a question for you how recently has this started happening? We may have to get a ticket opened for you to investigate further.

    It has been happening for a few months. But it is getting to where it is impacting my business.  Please open a ticket to get resolved.
