Since update can't launch a meeting?

Recently, when I left a meeting I was advised that there was an update. I installed it. Now I can't launch a meeting from a provided url. I can get into the meeting by going to join a meeting and putting in the meeting info. Also, I no longer have a gallery view option. I'm on a Mac M1 with Big Sur using Safari.

I seem to have a similar problem. Cannot find a way to get real help pre-programmed robots that block real, useful discussion.

Hi @glk44, can you describe what happens when you try to join a meeting with an URL? Do you receive an error message?

It never connects. It prompts us to check if the network is up, to look for issues with VPNs and proxies. Accessing it through a browser works but is difficult to use many of the features. I am on 10.14.6. I have no issue with meetings using a PC Laptop.
