Question

Since I have a full subscription yet Zoom says I can't speak to them . . . .

Occasionally and more often recently, Zoom does not recognize me as the Host. When starting a meeting I have scheduled, it tells me to wait until the host begins the meeting . . whether from my iPad or the iMac where I scheduled the meeting. If I go to the Scheduled Meetings page and try to start from there, I get a spinning wheel and finally a non-responsive notice and require a Force Quit. Any thoughts? I'd really like to keep using Zoom but this is unacceptable for clients communication.

Hey @monsan, I'm on a Mac and iPhone and haven't run into this yet. Are you up-to-date on your macOS and iOS? You can also try updating your Zoom client? Or uninstalling and reinstalling

Is this happening when you start the meeting from the Desktop Zoom client or the Zoom app? If you're scheduling from the Web Portal https://zoom.us/meeting/schedule the meeting should also populate in the client, app, web portal, and Gcal/outlook if you have the integration.
