Show current zoom version number

My current Zoom version number is not displayed.
After clicking on my profile picture, "Help" is not displayed, so I cannot select "About Zoom".
Why is that?

Hi @WJM ,

What device do you use? and operating system?

Can you try uninstalling the app, restarting the device and reinstalling it?

To see if in the update process any log or something did not sit well with your device.

You can always look under "Programs and Features" in the control panel if you are on a Windows device. While this is not the preferred solution it is a workaround.
