Hi @irenewashington, welcome to the Zoom community! Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the Zoom app?

Hey @irenewashington the following maybe resulting to your issue: 

• The host can enable or disable participants' ability to share their screen.
• For Basic accounts, screen sharing is set to Only Host by default.

If you're not the host trying to share screen, recommend checking with the host to ensure permissions are set correctly within meeting.
