Several conferences are not working

I have an online school. The goal is to conduct several lessons at one time.
We bought a business account, but it only allows you to hold 2 conferences at the same time. What did you do wrong? Do you need to buy some other account?

Your account type determines how many meetings you can run at one time. You can run two meetings simultaneously with any of these accounts:

Business
Education
Enterprise
