We have ensured compliance with all 720p requirements on the following link

except for this:

How to contact Zoom Support to enable 720p?

 

I initiated a Web Ticket and received following reply:

"Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to your open ticket at this time. If you are part of a corporate account...... please contact your zoom account administrators"

    Hi! 

    If opening up a support repuest doesn't work, please try initiating a support chat session. 

    You can do this by visiting the zoom.us website. 

    At the bottom of the page, click on the blue chat bot icon and tell the chat bot that you would like to connect to a live agent. 

    You will then be asked what team you would like to connect with. 

    After that, please type support.

    You will then be transfered to a zoom support representative.
