I just purchased pro - but when I log in, says I still just have a free account - trying to set up a meeting with a proxy host and can't get this to work!

    Hey @cindysomers, you may need to Assign the License, which after purchasing a new license from the Zoom Sales team or from the Billing page, you will need to assign it to a user.
