I continue to have issues with Zoom's security settings that cause customers to miss meetings. Just today, for example, I had a sales call and my customer was stuck in the waiting room and I didn't receive a notification. 

 

How do I disable all security options? Zoom is forcing me to choose one. I'd rather not have to secure my meetings. There's nothing sensitive being discussed. I just want to make it as easy for people to join as possible. 

 

If I can't figure this out I'm switching back to Google.

    Your support is terrible. 

     

    The fact that I have to go to this stupid forum to get help because your 'support page' doesn't have a contact option is ridiculous. 

     

    Can someone from Zoom help me out?
