Screen Sharing issues

Hi,

 

I have been using Zoom for over two years and on my previous PC I had no issue using screen share - now I have a new I7 PC and for love nor money I can't seem to screen share during sessions - it crashes Zoom and asks me to send a report whilst temporarily logging everyone on the call out. Please can anyone help? Thank you

    @KP007 , if you are having issues with the Zoom Client, please make sure that you are regularly checking for new updates to ensure your Zoom client is always up to date.

     

    If you are having issues on a regular basis despite the client in updated version I would suggest that you log a problem with Zoom Support at
    https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new
