Hey @Jones, check this KB article. Sharing your screen, content, or second camera if you haven't already. If you're the host, ensure that Screen Sharing is enabled here within your Zoom profile.
If it's locked or disabled by default, and you're the Admin or Owner on the account, you can go here to enable within the Admin Settings and/or unlock.
If you're a participant, you may need to ask the Host for permission to let participants share their screens. I hope this helps!
