screen sharing 50 documents

Does anyone know how to screen share 50 documents, on Government Zoom, for a trial?  Finding a particular document easily, on a desktop containing 50 documents, is difficult.  I tried to put those documents into a folder, but the courtroom deputy couldn't open-up the individual documents within the folder.
