Scheduling Other People's Meetings

So... I have a meeting I need to attend weekly. Every time I need to attend I need to go to my original invitation email OR to my notepad where I have saved the URL.

Is there a way I can set this up in Zoom so that it shows my meeting(s) that I need to attend and saves that contact info? And even better can you also have that information propagate to the Apple Calendars app?

    Hey @jw83876, this depends on the Host and how they set up the meeting. If this is a personal meeting using a personal meeting ID you're going to keep that meeting link somewhere every time. I'd suggest to the host to make the meeting you attend weekly recurring, therefore, you can use calendar integration which will sync up with your Zoom desktop client.
