says firewall or proxy blocking

I can't log into zoom classes because it says a firewall or proxy is blocking. however I have contacted Mac and all of my firewalls and proxy are off and I am able to utilize any other video services. Please help

    Hello @lindsayburgie 

     

    An antivirus software like AVG may be blocking your connection to Zoom.   Disable the service and try again.

     

    If you have an IT department, you may want to reach out to them, as they maybe the ones who manage your firewall settings.

    Hi Lindsay,

    Exact same problem, did you figure out how to solve the problem?

    My vpn was turning on and off unstable.  Once I turned my vpn off in settings this fixed the problem for me.
