Requests for Code When Logging in to an Account

We have a business account that is used by our small groups and some other ministries. Some of the ministry leaders keep getting and error message asking for a code when logging in to the user account assigned to them. It happens even if they are using the same device each time. What is the solution to this?

    Hi,

    I believe you are referring to the One Time Password. You can read more about it here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/6188435206157-Verifying-your-account-via-one-time-password-OTP- 

     

    But if you want to disable it, the short of it is:

    If you cannot use a phone number for the 2FA, Gmail login might be the next best thing.
