  • Reason:

I signed up for the monthly plan intending to use it for only one month, and I didn't realize it was a subscription. I was very surprised and confused today when my subscription was suddenly extended and I was charged.

Accordingly, I request that you cancel the card payment. I did not use the function at all.

For account-specific help, please start with the Zoom Virtual Agent, which can connect you to Billing Support if needed. Charges are generally non-refundable once processed, per Zoom’s Terms of Service.
