How to generate the report for the registration information who download the recording? Thanks a lot.

You can look into the KB article Viewing Cloud Recording Analytics. You can view analytics (page views and downloads) for a cloud recording that you have shared internally or externally. Don't forget to click the 'Accept as Solution' button if this answered your question!
