Registration information not generating

Hello,

I attempted to download the registration report for a meeting I had today but it says that data wasn't there. I've done this successfully with other meetings so I'm not sure what went wrong. How can I get the report if it isn't showing up? Thanks!

Could it be that the meeting is old, as information is only kept as below.

Meeting reports, such as attendee lists and polling results, can be retrieved for the last 15 months, with a search range of up to one month at a time. If a meeting is not started in 30 days, expires, and is batch deleted by Zoom, the registration reports for the meeting are also deleted.

You may also see old reports in the report queue.

Missy specifically asked about *registration* reports.

I am having the same problem - i was able to retrieve a registration report last week for meetings being held next week. I get the same answer "No data".

Any other ideas?
