Recording Not Working

When we are recording a zoom event, everything looks great.  when we download the file and play it back, it's a black blank screen, just audio and the name of the person speaking.  No video images.

 

How can we solve this issue?

    Hello Theowalker,

     

    I am sorry to hear that the play back from your recording was a black blank screen with just audio!

     

    Could you make sure that you have selected one of the speaker recording options when you go to your settings and then to Recording, please?

     

    You will see three options:
    - Record active speaker with shared screen
    - Record gallery view with shared screen
    - Record active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately
