Recording not converting - stuck in download phase

We had a session earlier today that we recorded with a guest who zoomed in. The converting screen window for the download stopped at 6% of download and hasn't moved since. I am worried the valuable content we recorded is lost. Can anyone help?

    Hey @AdamAtallah, did you convert your recording by doing the following? ⤵️

    1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.
    2. Click the Meetings tab.
    3. Click the Recorded tab.
    4. Select the meeting topic with the local recording.
    5. Click Convert.

    You can also take a look into the Troubleshooting local recording issues KB to help you further troubleshoot. 

     

    If you are still unable to convert your recording I'd suggest submitting a ticket with our Support team as they can better assist you in getting your recording converted!
