Recording missing - please help

I just completed an important interview that I recorded. The recording could not convert because another previous meeting was not finished converting. Now I can't find the second recording. There was a quick message that said I could manually convert later, but the recording is not showing up under my Recordings tab in my account. Appreciate any suggestions on where it might be. This is fairly urgent. Thank you!

    Hi @kathy_stershic!  There had seem to be a wide known issue with recordings that have affected multiple Zoom customers and this should now be resolved!  😀

    Thanks for replying, but it is still not there. I am reaching out to tech support.
