Recording Lost

I recorded two sessions today for an assignment and when I converted the first meeting, everything worked well. I ended the recorded on the second meeting, then starting with my cohort member to the point where the zoom meeting ended (5 minutes after the recording ended). Now, I can see the recorded and it says it is converted, however when i click on it, zoom doesn’t respond and doesn’t try finishing downloading the file. I tried the method zoom recommended which was right clicking, going to another app, choose another app on pc, type in the message it told me to and located the zTscoder, however when I click on it, it just takes me into a loop of clicking on a going to another app, choosing another app on pc, typing in message. I tried this method several times and its not working. File mentions to double click to convert, when i do it doesn’t however the video is still there so I am curious to see if it can be recovered?

    I would recommend following all of the steps outlined in the following article: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0061761

    If the above still does not work, it is possible you may be able to submit a case to Zoom support to see if there is anything else that can be done.

    Thank you! I followed these steps, but unfortunately the conversion still isn't starting. I have both double_click_to_convert_01.zoom and double_click_to_convert_02.zoom in the recording folder. The _01 file is approximately 425 MB. I also manually browsed to C:\Users\Draya\AppData\Roaming\Zoom\bin and selected zTscoder.exe as instructed. However, after selecting zTscoder, Windows returns me to the “Select an app to open this .zoom file” screen and zTscoder does not appear as an option, so the conversion never begins. Is there another way to recover or manually convert the raw recording files?
