Raising Hand in Meetings now bring profile picture up in gallery

I'm not sure which update it was, but now during meetings, when a participant with their camera off clicks the 'Raise Hand' button, their profile picture now pops up in the gallery. How do I stop this?

Before it just showed Raised Hand emoji in the participant list. From there I could ask them to turn their Video On and bring them up. Now raising their hands bring their profile image to the gallery.

I record my gallery images and don't want the layout changed by participant raised hands.
