Problems with Immersive view

Hello everyone!

During the webinar, the "Immersive View" function suddenly became unavailable and disappeared from the "View" list.
When we ran the webinar tests before, this function was available and worked correctly.
We tried to figure out why the immersive view was not available but could not find a solution.
We checked ALL settings; the application client was updated with the newest version, the number of panellists did not exceed 25 people.
Has anyone faced a similar problem?

    Hi, are you viewing a share when you can't find the "Immersive" in "View" list? If it is, that's by design. And after the share stopped, immersive view will come back. Hope can help!

    This is exactly the similar kind of problem that we are facing here but you need to submit the complain in the help section also.
