Problem with the access

Please,

Can someone tell me why i can't join a meeting by link, and the system tell me that i have to insert the ID meeting or passcode when i don't know them? My colleagues can join the meeting just by clicking the link and they don't have to put any ID meeting or passcode.

Can someone help me?
