Problem with PowerPoint as virtual background

Hello everyone,

I need help.

I have been using Power Point as Virtual Background and worked really well. Then I purchase a new laptop (Asus ZenBook) with Windows 11. The powerpoint as virtual background does not work really well. The Slides is shown well but the video comes with BLACK background.

Any help?

Power Point as Virtual Background seems to be not working well on Windows 11.
As of now, Zoom is officially not supported for Windows 11, however, Zoom will probably relatively work. You can stay up-to-date with our blog and release notes!

I find out that it does not work well only on the screen of the person who share the PPT. From audience screen, it seems to be working normally. The recording does not show any problem. However, it is really annoying seeing my self in the black-square-block on top of the PPT.

I hope Zoom can resolve this issue soon.
